In the deep of winter, I often think of the mountains.
How they stand unmoved as the wind screams past,
how they hold the silence beneath the storm.
A frozen heartbeat, wrapped in snow and darkness.
A memory of standing still while the world around you howls.

Acrylic on linen canvas.

The painting is framed in a black wooden frame made of Swedish pine tree.

It’s also varnished and UV protected. Signed by me in the front.
